  A clean, welcoming and convenient location. The car parking out the back is useful because it is on such a busy road. Katie Kneebone manages to be both efficient and friendly. She knows how to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. She also doesn't add unnecessary costs - I had toe surgery and when I went in for a check up a week later she did not charge me for the short appointment.
